How does Rugiet Ready work?

Rugiet Ready contains a class of medications called PDE5 inhibitors, which work by dilating blood vessels and increasing blood flow to the penis, making it easier to get and maintain an erection. It also includes APO (apomorphine), a dopamine promoter, which primes the brain for sexual arousal. Sexual arousal is an important part of the erection cascade.

+

Mechanism of action of Rugiet Ready

An erection is a physiological process in which the penis becomes engorged with blood. The mechanism of obtaining an erection is initiated by sexual stimulation. This leads to the release of nitric oxide, which acts on the smooth muscle of the penis. Nitric oxide stimulates an enzyme called guanylate cyclase, which mediates the conversion of GTP to cyclic GMP (cGMP). cGMP causes smooth muscle relaxation and blood vessel dilation within the penis, which increases blood flow.

Phosphodiesterases are the enzymes responsible for degrading (breaking down) cGMP. The medications that are in Rugiet Ready (sildenafil and tadalafil) are phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. Inhibiting PDE5 increases the amount of available cGMP, thus increasing smooth muscle relaxation and blood vessel dilation, increasing blood flow into the penis, and resulting in an erection.

APO (apomorphine) is a dopamine promoter that acts on dopamine receptors in the brain. It primes the parts of the brain associated with sexual arousal. Arousal is a key part of the erection cascade.

+

How long do the effects of Rugiet Ready last?

The effects of sildenafil generally last 4-5 hours, while the effects of tadalafil typically last for 24-36 hours. Using this medication with liver or kidney disease may increase the time that this medication remains in the body and we recommend consulting with your doctor prior to use. Concurrent use of certain medication may also prolong the effects or cause adverse effects. Please see the below question regarding medication interactions.

If Viagra and Cialis didn’t work for me will Rugiet Ready?

There are many people who successfully treated their E.D. with Rugiet Ready after trying single-ingredient treatments that did not yield results. Rugiet Ready combines both sildenafil and tadalafil, which are short and long acting
PDE5 inhibitors
. It also includes a third ingredient, APO. Because the medication dissolves under the tongue, it increases absorption into the bloodstream, making it work faster. Furthermore, our physicians can tailor doses specifically to each patient’s need. We cannot promise it will work for everyone, but our doctors will work for you to try to deliver optimal results while helping limit side effects. Read more about your options here.

+

I usually take tadalafil low dose every day, can I take Rugiet Ready every day?

No, Rugiet Ready is not a daily medication. It should only be taken as needed per the instructions on your prescription. The maximum recommended dosing frequency of Rugiet Ready is one dose in every 24 hours.

Will I experience the same side effects with Rugiet Ready?

Rugiet Ready contains the same active ingredients as both Viagra and Cialis, so you may experience similar side effects. However, our doctors will work with you to try to find the best treatment and dosage to help limit side effects while maintaining effectiveness. It's that side effects are minimized and even eliminated thanks to the custom doses.

Be sure to explain to your doctor in the questionnaire if you had a previous side effect or drug reaction from Viagra or Cialis. If you have any other questions do not hesitate to message your doctor. Read more about how Rugiet Ready is different here.

You can message your Rugiet Ready doctor to increase your dose if the entire troche is not yielding desirable results. If our physicians require more information, they will contact you through the Member Portal or via the email you provided during sign up.

+

Why isn't the color of my Rugiet Ready bright blue?

The blue square in the advertising is for photography purposes only. The sublingual troche in the pictures does not contain any active ingredients, which leaves it a bright blue color. Once the ingredients are added, it changes the color of the finished product (varying from light to dark green). This is because the color of the pharmaceutical ingredients are beige, which changes the color to something like a dark green depending on the amount of each ingredient. The medication is safe to take.

Packaging/Storage

+

My order came with ice packs. Do I need to freeze it?

Your package sometimes ships with ice packs because temperatures in transit may exceed 74 degrees. Store at room temperature or in your freezer if the product becomes slightly melted. Melting and freezing do not affect the ingredients in the medication.

+

My Rugiet Ready arrived melted

Rugiet Ready comes in the form of a sublingual troche. Sublingual troches are designed to melt under your tongue at body temperature. During summer months, ambient temperatures sometimes exceed 95 ℉, which can cause the medication to melt slightly during transit.

In warmer months, we take precautions against this by shipping the medication with ice packs and in a thermal sleeve - but still - in inclement weather, it is possible your medication may arrive melted.

If your Rugiet Ready arrived melted, do not open it. Place it in the refrigerator. The medicine is good to use once it has solidified in its blister package.

If this does not work or you have any questions, our concierge Customer Care team will be happy to assist you during our business hours:

+

How do I store Rugiet Ready?

Rugiet Ready should be stored at room temperature 74F or in the freezer. We sometimes ship with ice because temperatures in transit can increase above 74F, the ice packs help to maintain the quality of the product in transit to warmer places.

Rugiet Ready contains PDE5 inhibitors, which have been shown in studies to be an effective treatment for premature ejaculation. It may also help decrease the amount of time it takes for you to obtain additional erections.

+

Does Rugiet Ready increase sensitivity?

Rugiet Ready can help you get and maintain an erection. A strong erection can help increase sensitivity. However, the product itself does not affect sensitivity of the penis.

+

Will Rugiet Ready get me hard?

Rugiet Ready can help you initiate and maintain an erection. It will feel harder because the medication works to dilate blood vessels which will cause more blood flowing into the penis.

+

If Viagra and Cialis didn’t work for me will Rugiet Ready?

There are many people who successfully treated their E.D. with Rugiet Ready after trying single-ingredient treatments that did not yield results. Rugiet Ready combines both sildenafil and tadalafil, which are short and long acting PDE5 inhibitors.

For Rugiet Ready combinations that contain greater than 10mg of tadalafil, it should be noted that tadalafil can stay in the bloodstream for up to 36 hours, and this should be taken into consideration.

+

I have taken Viagra/Cialis before and I have experienced side effects.

It's often the case that side effects are minimized and even eliminated thanks to the custom doses.

Be sure to explain to your doctor in the questionnaire if you had a previous side effect or drug reaction from Viagra or Cialis. If you have any other questions do not hesitate to message your doctor.

+

What strength should I choose?

Our product selection page will provide you with some general advice to help get you started. Your doctor will review your request in the context of your answers to the medical questionnaire and only approve it if he/she feels it will be a safe and effective treatment option for you. The instructions suggest starting with half of a sublingual troche, and increasing to an entire troche if needed. You can message your Rugiet Ready doctor to increase your dose if the entire troche is not yielding desirable results. If our physicians require more information, they will contact you through the Member Portal or via the email you provided during sign up.

This includes maintaining a healthy body weight, exercising, and smoking cessation. Maintaining tight control of chronic disease processes such as high blood pressure and diabetes can also improve sexual function.

Although we do not treat these diseases at Rugiet Health, we recommend working closely with your primary care physician to optimize your overall health and thus improve your sexual function.

+

Rugiet Ready contains the same active ingredients as Viagra and Cialis, but you claim that it works faster. How is that possible?

Rugiet Ready works faster than Viagra/Cialis pills & chewable tablets because it comes in the form of a sublingual troche, which dissolves under your tongue and is absorbed directly into your bloodstream, bypassing your liver and digestive system. Learn more about how Rugiet Ready is different here.

+

What does it taste like?

Rugiet Ready has a strong mint-chocolate flavor. Sildenafil and tadalafil are notoriously bitter ingredients. The inventor of Rugiet Ready, Ken Bains, spent 5+ years in the lab creating the most successful flavor-masking of these ingredients on the market today. The flavor is patent pending.

Why isn't the color of my Rugiet Ready bright blue?

The blue square in the advertising is for photography purposes only. The sublingual in the pictures does not contain any active ingredients, which leaves it a bright blue color.

We take precautions against this in warmer climate by shipping the medication with ice packs and in a thermal sleeve - but still - in inclement weather, it is possible your medication may arrive melted.

If your Rugiet Ready arrived melted, do not open it. Take a photo of the melted medication still in its packaging to send to our Customer Care team, and place it in the freezer. The medicine is good to use once it has solidified in its blister package.

If this does not work or you have any questions, our Customer Care team will be happy to assist you during our business hours:

8am- 8:30pm CT Mon-Fri & 9am - 1pm CT Sat

For the fastest response time, chat with us by logging into your secure Members Portal here. You can also email us at CustomerCare@Rugiet.com, or reach us by phone at (855) 581-9620.

+

How do I store Rugiet Ready?

Rugiet Ready should be stored at room temperature 74F or in the freezer. We sometimes ship with ice because temperatures in transit can increase above 74F, the ice packs help to maintain the quality of the product in transit to warmer places.
