Refund Policy

Once a prescription has left the pharmacy; it cannot be returned. If an error was made when filling your prescription, we will refund or replace your order at our discretion. A prescription error is any preventable occurrence, such as the wrong medication strength or quantity. 

  • Orders are only replaceable if they are damaged, and we must be contacted within 1 week of delivery.
  • A refund can only be processed within one week after the prescription has been delivered.
  • A return will only be authorized for medication that is unopened and has not expired. Returns must be authorized by the Rugiet Customer Experience Team.
  • A return will only be authorized for medication that is opened if there are verified potency issues and is authorized by the Rugiet Customer Experience Team.

We do not refund orders for/or we are not responsible for:

  • UPS/FedEx Shipping Delays
  • A lost package
  • If a customer cannot locate a package, they must notify the Rugiet Customer Experience Team within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Dissatisfaction due to the flavor, side effects, or lack of efficacy.

It is the customer's responsibility to inform Rugiet of any changes in your therapy and your personal information.

The auto-ship program is very flexible. We can adjust your order at any time prior to your scheduled shipping date. However, making frequent monthly adjustments does not constitute an automatic shipment and may result in shipping delays or errors.

As an added convenience, you will receive an automatic email reminder approximately 7 days prior to your order or ship date. If you need to make any changes to your order or ship date, please contact our Customer Experience Team at 855-581-9620.

We do not call you each month to verify the shipping address, or medications, or authorize orders.

We reserve the right to deny the refund if we suspect any abuse of our refund policy.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product is returned to the pharmacy unauthorized and we have the authority to destroy the medication and not return it.
